During the program you will gain experience in Sustainability and Environment, Environmental Approvals with a mixture of site based and office-based work.  We will work with you to ensure you gain varied, practical experience throughout the program with regular professional development in key areas of interest to you. 

 If you have:

  • Strong research and analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Willingness to relocate to the Bowen Basin for your site-based rotations (we will assist you with this)
  • Adaptable, flexible and proactive approach to work
  • S11 Generic Coal Mine induction (or ability to obtain)
  • GIS knowledge and skills (great but not essential)
  • good excel and other data analytics tools
  • a relevant environmental degree
