Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has an exciting opportunity for internship with Total Rewards Team, Australia for candidates looking to begin their career in Rewards, Benefits or Policy space.

In this role, selected candidate will get to learn various aspects of design of Total Rewards package. Some of the key aspects of this role are:

-          Learn about international compensation model & social security

-          Provide fresh ideas to work towards technology adoption in total rewards

-          Manage data related to Rewards

Requirements:

·       Currently studying a degree within Business or Human Resources or interested in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

·       Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident at the time of application

·       Available to work as fixed term intern for 12-month period
