Our Program

At Toll, our two-year global Graduate Program is about developing future leaders across our business.   Our program offers:

• Two rotations over the two-year period that provide you with exposure to various aspects of sustainability within our global operations
• A dynamic and challenging work environment that enables you to grow and thrive as a professional

About you

We are seeking a passionate Environmental and Sustainability graduate in either Sydney or Melbourne, to be involved in assessing and identifying environmental risk and partnering with our nationwide operations on the delivery of their environmental plans.  As a Sustainability graduate you will also be involved in our decarbonisation, emissions, and sustainable operations projects, over the course of the program.

Qualifications:

To be successful in being considered you will need to:

• Be an Australian citizen or permanent resident
• Have completed your undergraduate or post graduate degree within the last two years in Sustainability and Environment
• Be able to commence the graduate program early February 2024
• Hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
