We move quickly at TWE and continually review applications, so if you don’t want to miss out, we recommend you submit an application as early as possible.
Application Process
Ready to start a career with us? We’ve broken up the application process into the key stages below, but first, make sure you meet our Eligibility Criteria to apply:
- To be eligible for our programs, you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of application.
- You can apply for the graduate program when you're in the final year of your degree or if you have completed an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past two years, at the time of application.
Step 1: Online application
Fill out the online form and remember to answer the pre-screening questions carefully. You will need to attach a PDF or word version of your resume and your Academic Transcript (we will accept unofficial transcripts as well).
Please note that cover letters are not required (we really mean this!)
Step 2: Online Assessment and Video Interview
If you advance to this stage, you will receive an email inviting you to complete online assessments that will cover three areas: personality profile, cultural fit, and cognitive ability.
You will also need to complete a short, pre-recorded video interview. This will assist us to get to know more about you and your motivations. The assessments should take around 30 minutes in total and you will get a report at the end of it. We ask you to try to complete the assessments ASAP – ideally within 24 to 48 hours.
Tip: If you have never completed a video interview before, it may be a good idea to get a feel for the process by recording yourself answering interview questions and then watching the replay to gauge your confidence and body language.
Step 3: In-person Interview
The next step in the process will be a face-to-face behavioural interview at one of our offices followed by an office tour.
You will have an opportunity to interact with our business representatives, so maximise this experience by asking questions and finding out if this is the right fit for you.
Tip: Research is important. Think about why you have applied and what you can bring to the role.
Step 4: Case Study
The final stage of the selection process is a virtual presentation of a business-related case study.
Step 5: Offer!
If you are successful – congratulations!!! We’ll be in touch to let you know the good news and walk you through the next steps to get you started at TWE.

Inclusion, Equity & Diversity
It takes all varietals! Just like the wide range and variety of brands in our wine portfolio, TWE embraces diversity and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
At TWE, we recognise that diversity can only be realised when we have an inclusive culture, and when our systems and ways of working enable and support inclusion. It's in our DNA to bring our whole selves to work and we believe our strength comes from our vast and varied backgrounds, ideas, cultures, ethnicities, talents, genders and voices.
Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are voluntary, employee-led groups that foster a diverse, inclusive workplace aligned with the TWE I&D strategy. They are a great way to connect with like-minded colleagues and drive change in the workplace on topics you may be passionate about. Our ERGs are always evolving and growing, but here is a sample of some of them:
TWEforShe is TWE's gender equality program that outlines specific actions and targets to progress gender equality at all levels of the organisation, including:
- Increase in females in leadership roles to 50% by 2025
- Networking, development, and wellbeing events designed specifically for females
- EmpowerMe program - a global sponsorship program for high-potential female talent
TWEPride's vision is to create a network of colleagues who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex or allies to foster an inclusive culture where everyone feels safe and comfortable to bring their full selves to work. It has a global council that set the strategy for the network with active members and allies in each region.
TWE Mosaic exists to form a network for colleagues who identify as being from multicultural backgrounds and to educate everyone about cultural diversity, so we further create an environment that recognises and celebrates our differences.
TWE Enable’s ambition is to ensure that people with disabilities and those that care for people with disabilities are given access to equal opportunities to thrive and bring their whole selves to work at TWE.
Social Responsibility
We create long-term value by being sustainable in everything that we do.
Our approach to sustainability is embedded in our Ambition and Game Plan, and it is driven by our DNA. It reflects a clear commitment to innovation, partnership and taking a sustainability leadership role not just across the global wine sector but looking to those leading the beverages sector more broadly.
Our sustainability agenda has three focus areas:
Fundraising Boost
Boost your fundraising efforts – boost your impact. We’re all about supporting the causes that matter to you. Through our Fundraising Boost, we’ll match every dollar you raise for charity, up to A$1,200.
Volunteering Leave
Salaried employees are entitled to one day of volunteering leave each year, which can be used at any time throughout the year or during our annual Global Volunteering Week.
