Marketing Internship - Beauty

Responsibilities:

- Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team.

- Assist in planning and executing marketing and advertising activities across multiple channels (e.g., social media, direct mail, web).

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and presentations using MS Excel to facilitate strategy alignment and performance management.

- Manage, monitor, and optimize marketing activities to maximize effectiveness and ROI.

- Aid in the distribution of marketing materials and collateral.

- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events, such as trade shows and product launches.

- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

- Assist in content creation for various platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging.

- Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and trends, while tracking competitor activities.

- Utilize analytics tools to measure campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.

- Learn and apply basic SEO principles to improve website visibility through keyword research and content optimization.

Requirements:

- Currently enrolled in a related BS or Master's degree program.

- Strong desire to learn and grow in the field of marketing.

- Solid understanding of marketing techniques and principles.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

- Familiarity with marketing software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Google AdWords, analytics platforms).
