Effective program and project management is inherent in an organisation’s ability to deliver its strategic goals; whether that’s meeting capital expenditure targets, effectively monitoring infrastructure costs, managing operational risk, or adopting innovative and market-leading capability in the management of assets. Projects across all industries are under increasing pressure to come in on time and on budget. From establishing a portfolio of programs that optimises capital expenditure to providing certainty of project outcomes; capability and capacity, underpinned by digital technology, are critical in effective program and project management.   

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll be part of our highly skilled Program Advisory team that provides contemporary advice on broad transactional and delivery management strategies, and business and infrastructure advisory services to assist organisations with their capital asset investments and portfolios. We’ve involved in projects across a range of sectors from Health, Education and Defence.

What are we looking for from you? 

• You will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.    
• Ideally completing your studies in 2023, with the ability to work full time from February 2024  
• Have a background in one or more of the following disciplines: Engineering, Project or Construction Management, Business / Commerce - double degree students are highly favourable. 
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients and multiple stakeholders.    
• You are naturally curious, inquisitive and passionate about exploring diversity of thought in your approach to problem solving.
• Use your ability to initiate and build relationships with both your peers and clients to push forward the boundaries of what is possible.   
• Be an Australian Citizen and eligible for security clearance as determined by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency: https://www1.defence.gov.au/security/clearances 
• Full clean driving license desirable.
