Graduate program salary and super

Our graduate program offers a starting salary of $70,280, plus 15.4% super. Once you complete the program, you’ll advance to the next APS level, and get a pay rise! Your salary will be $78,290, plus 15.4% super and, as an APS4 officer within the ATO, you can earn up to $84,971, plus 15.4% super.

What you’ll do  

As a Marketing & Communication graduate, you’ll get the opportunity to work with different areas to identify communication needs and develop effective solutions to support business outcomes and connect with audiences at the right time, through the right channels with the right messages. You'll be part of a globally recognised, leading capability and get the opportunity to put your creative mind to the test. 

You could:  

  • assist in the design, development and implementation of a range of communications strategies, products and activities
  • research, analyse, identify, communicate and tailor communications to audience requirements
  • consult and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders to support business objectives
  • apply analytical methodologies and tools and evaluate communication strategies to achieve full effectiveness
  • deliver a range of design services through design thinking and apply design principles to achieve outcomes.

Who can apply 

To be eligible to apply, you must have completed your university degree within the last five years or be in your final year of study. At the time of commencing our program, you must have completed all your course requirements.  

The program starts in February 2025. You must be an Australian citizen and willing to undergo police, character and health checks as required.
