Financial Systems Accountant

An exciting opportunity has become available in our organisation for a Financial Systems Accountant. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this position will be responsible to overseeing and supporting Council’s day-to-day finance function and coordinate continuous improvement and documentation of Council’s finance processes, procedures and systems. The position will be based at Darlington Point in NSW. If this role appeals to you, we would like to hear from you. You will be a high achiever with:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA). (Candidates who hold a tertiary qualification in accounting, finance, or a related discipline and who are eligible and willing to commence one of these programs are also invited to apply)

• Strong spreadsheet and database skills within the Microsoft Office Environment

• Current Class C Driver Licence
• National Criminal Police Check
