  • Learning, developing, and implementing accounting and financial technical skills to help managers and senior accountants meet a wide variety of financial tasks
  • Gaining a broad grounding in all facets of financial management operations
  • Developing more general business skills through assisting the team with strategy development, project management, business reporting, and stakeholder engagement
  • Honing your professional interpersonal skills to address and overcome challenges in a collaborative team environment
  • Helping the team to review and improve business processes and systems
