Role Description:

As a Graduate Restructuring Advisory Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients through financial difficulties. You will work closely with the directors, gaining exposure to various industries and experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Financial Analysis: Conducting financial assessments, exploring data, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Business Restructuring: Assisting in developing restructuring plans, including cost reduction strategies, operational enhancements, and debt refinancing.
  • Stakeholder Management: Building relationships with clients, creditors, and other stakeholders.
  • Insolvency Procedures: Assisting in insolvency processes, such as voluntary administrations, liquidations, and receiverships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Desire for problem-solving and a genuine interest in restructuring and recovery.
