Do work that matters:

As a full time Equities Associate, you'll be the first point of contact over the phone for many of our customers. Your responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with our customers, building strong rapport through meaningful conversations
  • Understanding and identifying customers' issues, using problem solving skills to deliver relevant and effective solutions that create a positive outcome
  • Educating clients on our products, services and processes in an efficient manner and have the ability to articulate complex issues in an effortless way.

CommSec is our market leading trading platform providing customers with free access to live prices, price charts and portfolio watch lists with the ability to buy and sell shares online. CommSec provides a high level of customer service to complement our products and services. Our contact centre based at Darling Harbour is the key for ensuring the clients of CommSec receive the best care and service when it comes to their investment portfolios.



We're interested in hearing from people who:

  • Are passionate about helping customers
  • Have a genuine interest in financial services and equity markets
  • Demonstrate the ability to grasp concepts and systems quickly
  • Can commit to commencing in the role Monday, 2nd October, 2023
  • Are available to work Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am to 6pm. Your shifts are approx. 8 hours long / 38-hour week.
