The Dexus Graduate Program is now open for applications. We are thrilled to be seeking passionate, motivated and enthusiastic individuals for our upcoming program commencing February 2025.

The Opportunity

Our Graduate Program is a two-year program where you will take part in 4 six-month rotations, allowing you to experience the various cornerstones of the business.

 In our program, you will be part of a cohort of Graduates, each with a personalised and unique experience, to kickstart your career in the real asset investment sector.

Our program allows you to experience, learn and develop your skills in our core business functions, including but not limited to: Capital Transactions, Customer Insights, Funds Management, Investor Relations, Development, Strategy & Research, Valuations, Leasing, Sustainability, Asset Management in Office, Industrial, Healthcare and/or Retail, and more!

Throughout each rotation, you'll be exposed to the key functions that make up our business and become fully immersed in life at Dexus, adding value from day one. You'll grow professionally with ongoing mentoring, career development and learning support, whilst developing on a personal level through our wellbeing initiatives.

We have Graduate opportunities available in Sydney, and are open to varied degree types, including but not limited to: Property (Real Estate, Land/Property Economics), Business/Commerce (Finance, Economics, Statistics), Sustainability & Built Environment, Engineering, Law and Construction Management.

Our selection process includes these key dates and steps

• Apply online from Friday 22nd March until 11.59pm Sunday 28th April. We encourage you to apply as early as possible as we are anticipating a high number of applications

(Eligibility - At time of application candidates must hold Australian / New Zealand citizenship or Permanent Residency. You must complete your degree before the Graduate Program commences in February 2025)

• Complete video interview & psychometric assessment
• Attend our interactive and informative Graduate Assessment Centre Day in Sydney on Wednesday 15th May
• Offers are extended in late May 2024
