Job Description – Relationship Associate
In this Relationship Associate role, you will be working within a small team to support Asset finance brokers with queries surrounding products. You will report directly to the National Sales and Support Manager and work closely with Asset Finance Business Development Managers, acting as a main point of contact and building relationships with brokers via email, phone or video.  

A robust training plan for a graduate new to the industry is in place to support onboarding and get you up and running!

Key Responsibilities – Relationship Associate
In this Relationship Associate role, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: 

  • Providing support to Asset Finance Brokers including inductions, scenarios, CRM support and general assistance  
  • Act as an interface between brokers, lenders and the business  
  • Building strong relationships based on a thorough understanding of their business, objectives and operating processes 
  • Liaising with other parts of the internal business to deliver seamless product offering 
  • Effectively answering scenario questions from Asset Finance brokers through various means of communication (phone, email, etc.) 
  • Being responsive to queries and feedback and proactively adding value 
  • Onboarding and inducting brokers into the business and systems

Job Requirements – Relationship Associate   
For this Relationship Associate role, you will need: 

  • Completed a degree in banking and finance, economics or other relevant discipline (ideal but not essential) 
  • A strong interest in financial services, retail banking or asset finance  
  • Any customer facing experience 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail  
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment  
  • Eager and keen to learn  
  • Proactive attitude, team player with strong relationship-building skills
