About the Role

As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for participation in site safety leadership, and structural and assets integrity program including audits and inspections, defects identification and risk ratings, remedial works methodologies, preparing specifications, contracting scopes of work, estimates and schedules, business presentations and reports, coordinating design and constructions consultants and contractors, and providing technical support to maintenance and operations personnel within the department. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders in your field in the following locations:

Mount Isa, Queensland (Residential). Mount Isa is a thriving city of 23,000 acting as a hub for regional business, transport, services and government in north-west Queensland. With every sporting club you can think of, golf course, restaurants, gyms and movie theatre, there is always plenty to do. Explore the region with some of the best fishing and camping locations right at your doorstep. Residential roles will also attract relocation assistance, three months’ transit accommodation, as well as housing assistance.

The successful applicant will have: 

• Qualified with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or similar (prior to commencement)
• Committed to maintaining a safe work environment
