Expressions of Interest - Undergraduate Program 2024

This application is an Expressions of Interest for our 2024 Undergraduate program. Our official applications open on the 17th of June. By applying to this Expressions of interest, you will be kept up to date with the latest Lendlease news, be invited to exclusive events and networking opportunities and receive direct information about the program from the Graduate Recruitment team.

Our Undergraduate program is a formal 12-week summer program that commences in November and goes through to February. 

You will be supported through the program and be provided with:

• Guidance as you learn about Lendlease Australia
• Practical onsite experience
• Exposure to best-in-class projects
• Unique learning experiences including formal learning sessions
• Opportunities to connect with senior leaders across the business. 

The Undergraduate program allows you to experience working at Lendlease, get a sense of our culture and gain better understanding of the job and career pathway. It also opens the gateway to our Graduate Program, where we make early offers based on your performance. In some cases, the business will keep you on in the business in a casual capacity while you complete your studies.

Eligibility:

• In your 3rd or penultimate year of university
• Are an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Related degrees in :Construction or Project Management, Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Environmental and Asset), Construction Economics, Architecture, Design, Quantity Surveying or Architecture. Sustainability, Safety (EH&S) Compliance or related Risk degrees

Opportunities may be available in NSW, QLD, VIC, WA and SA, ACT
