Reimagined and Sustainable Early Talent Programs

"As we face a vibrant and competitive talent market, organisations are hoping to emerge from the cocoon of the pandemic and stand out from the crowd. How can we reimagine attraction, selection and development in the early careers space to meet the future of work? If sustainability is retainability, how can we connect candidates and employees with our organisation’s purpose and help them find theirs?

Energised by the opportunity to expand pipelines for student and graduate talent, focusing on their development and retention, the 2022 AAGE Conference takes a refreshing approach to professional development to give delegates what they need to stand out from the crowd."

GradConnection will be presenting at the 34th Annual AAGE Conference (Wednesday 26th October - Friday 28th October 2022)! Find out more here or click here to see more examples of upcoming and previous workshops and seminars.

AAGE memberships are held by individuals on behalf of their organisation. An employer organisation’s primary Full AAGE membership is $400 + GST and any additional memberships are discounted to $100 + GST each. The link to join the AAGE is
