Our friends over at DBL recently engaged a number of their client and non-client graduate employers to participate in a survey of graduates across the energy, mining and resource sector around Australia. The research set out to explore the realities of graduate learning and development in these industries and how new graduates can work and learn more effectively with their supervisors, and vice versa.
