Janani has been working in the technology consulting landscape for over 18 years, helping organisations solve complex technology challenges. Most recently, she has been leading the Graduate Program for Capgemini – redesigning the operating model, as well as managing the learning, development and coaching of graduate hires to ensure their success. Janani is an active participant in graduate industry panels and student events, keeping updated on what's happening in different employment sectors across Australia to best help those in their early careers navigate the employment ecosystem.

Her passion for recruiting has seen her play an integral role in Ashurst's strong talent pipeline. Jo has extensive experience in generalist HR, management of recognition programs and overseeing talent development programs. Prior to joining the firm in 2015, Jo was responsible for the attraction, recruitment and retention of graduates and interns at Woolworths.

After graduating university with a Bachelor of Laws and Arts, Laura joined the Human Resources team at Macquarie Group in 2017 for the Risk Management Group (RMG). Harboring a keen interest in early talent development, Laura made an internal move into the campus recruitment team, where she worked closely for over a year and a half with Macquarie Asset management, Risk Management Group and the Financial Management Group on their intern and graduate recruitment programs.Prior to this Laura worked as a HR Generalist at Dell EMC and Panasonic Australia.

Originally from Liverpool, England, Natalie moved to Australia in 2013 and worked in agency recruitment before joining the Westpac Graduate Programs Team in 2018. She now focuses on the Marketing and Attraction portfolio of the company. Natalie is a huge advocate for the Early Talent space and is also passionate in providing students with the necessary information and guidance to help them kickstart their graduate career search.

Ashley Nicol

Westpac, Former Graduate, Information Security Associate Business Analyst

Ashley is a 2019 UTS Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation. Ashley has completed a number of internships at Westpac, Unbound, CBA, and Accenture to augment her learning and professional development. She accepted a full-time role in the 2020 Group Technology Graduate Program at Westpac during which she has completed rotations in UX Design and Cyber Security. An advocate for curiosity, Ashley finds herself at the crux of technology and human centered design with a passion for breaking down the complexities of artificial intelligence and cyber security.

Edwina Wang

Ashurst, Former Graduate, Lawyer

Edwina clerked with Ashurst in 2019 and joined their graduate program in 2020. She studied a Bachelor of Commerce and Law at the University of Sydney where she sampled various domestic and international internships, including a stint in Shanghai and interning at a Big 4 accounting firm, to discover her career goals and interests. Through Ashurst's clerkship and graduate program, Edwina has had the opportunity to rotate through the banking, insolvency, corporate (funds and insurance) and tax teams and encourages anyone interested in pursuing a career of commercial law to apply for a clerkship to discover their fit in a legal career.

Emma Seaman

DXC, Former Graduate, Associate Information Security

After completing a Bachelor of Cyber Security and Behaviour, Emma joined the Cyber Security team at DXC Technology in 2020 as a graduate. In her first role, she supported clients as an Account Security Officer prior to moving to her current role as a Junior Security Engineer, where she provides ongoing support and maintenance of security services for the client. In addition to her role with DXC, Emma is also one of the Cyber Security Ambassadors for the NSW Cyber Security Innovation Node, promoting careers in this field to young people.

PwC, Former Graduate, Business Transformation Manager

William is a Program Lead in PwC’s Assurance Business Transformation team with six years of professional services experience. This includes leading the design implementation and post-implementation review of a range of transformation initiatives for the Assurance business. He is passionate about driving social change, particularly inclusion, diversity and wellbeing in all forms and is the Co-Lead for Be@PwC (PwC's employee network for valuing cultural differences) as well as an accredited Mental Health First Aider (MHFA).
