Experience working across our different teams and roles through ABB’s 18-24 month program. You’ll go through three to four rotations learning as you advance through. This is a great mix of challenging work, social activities and on-the-job training. You’ll develop your soft and technical skills by attending seminars, events and individual training sessions over the course of the program. Upon completion of the program, you will have the opportunity for a apply for a full-time position.
Who can apply?
The ABB Discovery Program is open to graduates with a bachelor’s or master's degree from various disciplines including engineering and other STEM subjects, finance and marketing.
