We’re currently placing select graduates with a boutique accounting firm in Sydney CBD for the upcoming tax season — but only after one month of targeted preparation to help you stand out.

How the Program Works  

1. Intensive Pre-Placement Training (4-8 weeks)
   You’ll complete hands-on training in:

• • Xero & Xero Practice Manager (XPM)

  • Australian tax return preparation (individual, BAS, GST)

  • Professional communication & interview skills

1. This phase ensures you’re not just “ready” — but interview-worthy.

2. Internship Placement (3 months)
   We’ll place you with a vetted host firm in Sydney, where you’ll:

• • Prepare and lodge individual tax returns

  • Support BAS compliance and bank reconciliations

  • Work with real client files in Xero/XPM

  • Shadow experienced public practice accountants

1. Career Mentoring & Long-Term Goal Setting
   Post-placement, we support you in turning the internship into a long-term opportunity — with ongoing career coaching and employer follow-ups.
