About this Role

  • Be responsible for development and maintenance of documentation of the organisation’s procedures and workflows.
  • Build business process documentation from requirements.
  • Complete inline working documentation.
  • Meet with and derive requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate business requirements into product-specific designs and configuration, detailed requirement specifications and user cases.
  • Concisely document/whiteboard concepts in a design or troubleshooting scenario.

Skills

  • Stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work with health and/or technical professionals
  • Ability to highlight opportunity for continuous improvement
  • Being able to adopt the mindset of the customer taking a customer focus on design.
  • Understanding of CI/CD source control / GitOps / DevOps.
  • Understanding modern software testing methodologies including participating in the software build, configuration, testing and QA as required; Assisting in supporting activations and rollouts, as required.
  • Continually improve the automation, security and system management of an environment and the software and tools used to run and maintain it.

Beneficial Experience

  • Any experience with CSS and HTML.
  • Any experience with javascript or similar web technology.
  • Any Experience in HTML5, CSS, SaSS, and responsive web design techniques.
  • Any Front-end experience with with Angular or React or VueJS would be a bonus.
  • Working with customers, via written and face to face communications.

This role will amount to $55,250 including superannuation for a Graduate working full-time for 12 months. However, this assignment may only be for 3 months.
