About the Opportunity
Looking for a role that works around your life, not the other way around? This part-time Customer Service Officer position is perfect for students or anyone wanting flexible hours.
You will be part of our friendly and supportive Contact Centre team, helping customers with their insurance queries, from policy changes to renewals, and making every interaction a positive one.
This is a hybrid role based at our centrally located St Kilda Road office, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Your shifts will likely include every Saturday, and we can offer flexibility around your study or other commitments.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Answering inbound calls from customers about their insurance policies
- Assisting with policy changes, renewals, and general enquiries
- Delivering efficient, accurate and friendly service every time
- Following relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
- Creating positive customer experiences in every interaction
