Office & Warehouse All-Rounder

Location: Castle Hill, NSW
Salary:  $55,000 + Super (40 hours per week) — negotiable depending on how quickly you can work independently

Air Best Fittings is seeking a motivated and reliable Office & Warehouse All-Rounder to join our team in Castle Hill. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently in the office while also being hands-on in the warehouse when required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of office administration tasks, including data entry, invoicing, and customer communication.
  
• Assist in the warehouse with picking, packing, and preparing customer orders when needed.
  
• Support daily operations across both office and warehouse functions.
  
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal staff.
  

Requirements

• Fluent English (both verbal and written).
  
• Strong ability to work independently with attention to detail.
  
• Driver’s licence (preferred).
  
• Previous experience in a combined office and warehouse role (preferred).
  
• Experience with MYOB or Xero accounting software (preferred).
  
• Finance/Accounting related degree or certificate (preferred).
