What is  Amazon WoW?

Amazon WoW (Women of the World), is a skill  development program to support women students in Australia & New  Zealand. It helps women students envision and build long-term careers in  technology. Students get an opportunity to connect with leaders and  technologists, and build essential career skills. The program seeks to  inspire and enable the next generation of women tech leaders and  innovators by providing access to Amazon’s industry-leading resources  and expertise.

What’s in it for you? 

If you are a student pursuing a Diploma, Bachelor’s  or Master’s degree then you are at the right place. Amazon WoW will host  sessions on different career pathways and skill development through the  year. This will include preparatory sessions on writing a good resume,  preparing for interviews, acing online assessments, and more.

Who can participate?

• Amazon WoW is open to all Tech/STEM students across Australia & New Zealand.
• How is Amazon WoW structured?
• Interested students are required to register on the portal.
• Amazon WoW program will connect and engage with  registered participants on an ongoing basis. Events will be conducted  virtually or in-person and the event calendar will be published every  quarter.
• Each session will have limited number of slots and  will be filled through RSVP. Participants will have access to recordings  of the session post completion of each session.
