The ANZUK Academy is a three-month, paid training program that helps you turn your people skills into a career with purpose. You’ll learn how to connect great educators with schools and centers where they can make a real difference - while being supported every step of the way by mentors who started exactly where you are.

We’re not looking for experience. We’re looking for potential - people who care, show up, and want to grow.

What you’ll get

• Paid training: Three months full-time, $65K FTE + super
• Real experience: Work with recruiters helping teachers and educators find roles
• Mentorship: Learn from people who started in our Academy too
• Career launch: Step into a full-time role at the end, with plenty of room to grow

We’re looking for people who are

• Curious and proactive: You see what needs doing and make it happen
• A connector: You love people and naturally bring them together
• Resilient and positive: You bounce back and keep learning
• Adaptable: Early starts don’t faze you; you’re up with the action

You might be:

• Coaching a junior sports team
• Working in retail or hospitality
• Studying but unsure where it’ll lead
• Volunteering, mentoring, or just the friend everyone goes to for advice

We’re after attitude over experience.

Requirements

• Full driver’s licence
• Australian or NZ permanent residency/citizenship
• Willingness to work rotating shifts (6:30am–3:30pm or 10:00am–6:30pm)
