When you join the APA Graduate Program for Engineering, you'll be a full-time permanent employee participating in an initial 2-year program with 4 x 6-month rotations tailored to your degree discipline and career as an engineer in Energy Infrastructure.

You'll have option to include an elective rotation within another division across the business such as a complementary commercial, strategic, engineering or operations function, aligned to your individual career pathway. This is offered as part of your initial two-year program to develop broad internal relationships and wide business perspective.

Requirements

  • Completing (completed) your Electrical Engineering / Power Engineering degree in 2024 or 2023.
  • Located within reasonable travel time to the Brisbane office.
  • Continuous learning mindset.
  • Demonstrate APA behaviours: Accountable, Collaborative, Courageous, Impactful & Nimble.
  • Available to start full-time career on 3 March 2025.
  • Australian/ New Zealand Citizenship or Australian Permanent Residency status at the time of application.
