The Role

\r\n

This is a part-time role, working 15 hours per week on a fixed term 10-month contract.

\r\n

Reporting to the Finance Manager, we are looking for a Finance Assistant with a positive and flexible approach, who has great attention to detail and a desire to learn and grow.

\r\n

Well-honed time management and prioritising skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Excellent communication skills
A positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities

\r\n

Working with a small, dedicated Finance team you will be responsible for:

\r\n

Accounts Payable Process
Accounts Receivable reconciliation and debtor collection
Daily Bank and Cash reconciliations
Weekly Credit Card reconciliations
End of Month reconciliations and re-classes
Statement reconciliations
Ad hoc finance tasks
