What you will do: 

  • Work with a diverse range of datasets and analytics to improve the customer and employee experience
  • Apply your analytical capabilities to help make data-driven decisions and applying advanced analytics to discover insights through data science, automation and AI
  • Use process engineering methodologies to drive operational excellence, process automation, process rigour and standardisation, re-engineering and optimisation
  • Use advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to discover actionable insights and build new analytic capabilities for our customers and business  
  • Get involved in technical operations from the ground up including planning, communications, and execution
  • Connect with key stakeholders on exciting projects to enhance the customer experience
  • Work with supportive and talented leaders who will provide coaching, mentoring and help enhance your networks 

Before applying for the program, please ensure you meet our eligibility requirements:  

  • Be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident or International student holding working rights to be employed in Australia.
  • For international students, you will need to have applied for your graduate visa by the end of January 2024 and have unrestricted Australian working rights until at least February 2026.
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the last two years prior to the program start date of February 2024 (2022 or 2023)  
  • Be available and eligible to commence the role in our head office in Sydney in February 2024
