Austroads is the collective of the Australian and New Zealand transport agencies, representing all levels of government. We are a not-for-profit, nonpartisan organisation and our work impacts a wide range of agencies including planning, service, infrastructure, health and safety, public health and policing.

An opportunity exists for an enthusiastic HR Intern to assist with the creation of the organisations competency framework. Working with the HR Manager in Melbourne, the intern will research existing frameworks, and consult across the organisation to develop a framework tailor made for the Austroads business.

The successful applicant will be studying Human Resources or business, and will be highly resourceful, creative and confident, with demonstrated initiative.

The position is offered for one day per month for 6 months and is based in the Melbourne CBD offices.
