Bank of America Women in Banking & Markets Development Program

Event Description

This Program is designed for penultimate year female-identifying students, who are interested in Summer Internship opportunities at Bank of America. Participants will develop their understanding of Banking and Markets, as well as gaining an insight into the day-to-day of the various roles we have available. You will have a valuable chance to find out more about our firm, the work we do and the skills we are looking for.

The program will launch with a breakfast event on 8 May, which will feature a panel discussion with senior women from across our business. The discussion will be followed by a networking breakfast, where you will have the opportunity to meet with representatives from our Investment Banking & Capital Markets, Corporate Banking & Markets divisions.

Following the launch event, participants will be assigned a mentor and receive a series of scheduled mentoring sessions.

This event will be held in our Sydney office and places are limited. Interested students should submit their application with a one-page CV before the deadline of 8 April 2024. If you are shortlisted to attend, we will contact you with more information.
