Graduate Program


Make an impact from day-one by joining our two-year structured graduate program. You’ll experience working across different teams with 4 6-month rotations, doing work that makes a difference to our business and customers. We’ll support you with the learning and tools you need to thrive like 10 training days, conferences, career mentoring and a buddy. At the end of the program, we will work together to understand your strengths and goals to determine the best role for you and the business.  

Technology Graduate Program

Following the same structure as our graduate program, this specialist technology stream is designed for people who want to work at the heart of technological change and help shape the future of Bankwest. You’re excited by things like cloud, automation and data science and ready to jump in and experience working across a range of our cross-functional delivery teams 
This program is best suited to people with a degree or TAFE qualifications in one of the following subjects: 

  • Computer engineer  
  • Computer science  
  • Data science  
  • Information technology  
  • Information science  
  • Networking and security  
  • Software development  
  • Software engineering  
  • Website development 


  • All roles are based at our headquarters in Perth, so candidates must be willing to relocate if necessary. 
  • You’ll hold Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency at the time of your application  
  • You’re in your final year of an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or have completed your studies within the last 12 months 
  • For our Technology program, we also accept TAFE qualifications 
  • You have a GPA of 65% or higher
