What to expect?

You will undertake a comprehensive 2-year rotational program with a focus on continued growth and development. As a valued member of our future leader's program, you will embrace a fast-paced environment undertaking challenging and meaningful projects that align with our strategic plan. You will be supported by our expert leaders in a caring and collaborative environment, ensuring you have the tools and training to achieve set goals. You will also have the guidance of a dedicated ‘buddy’ to ensure you take advantage of every opportunity and make the most of the program.

As the Finance Graduate you will:

• Gain experience in rotation of Corporate Finance, Commercial Finance, Financial Controls and Operations

• Learn how to business partner closely with key functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to add value, reduce cost, increase efficiency, and set priorities for the function

• Work with functional stakeholders in support of business cases to provide data and insights

• Gain exposure to FMCG Tier 1 business reporting, budgeting, forecasting and contribute to managing month end process

This position will be based at our Docklands office.
