Working Pattern: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Graduate Programme Requirements

You should be customer-focussed with a can-do attitude and be flexible – your shift patterns will change regularly depending on the department you are working in, and you may be asked to work at our global locations at short notice!

• A minimum of a 2:2 Degree in a relevant subject
• Eligibility to work in the UK for the duration of the scheme.
• Be comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability learn new bespoke systems.
• Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence customers, partners and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
• Proven record of being responsive and innovative.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Work pro-actively using own initiative.
• Strong commercial awareness and understands impact of actions.
