Graduate Program

We are looking to support the next generations of explorers and innovators with our diverse graduate program. You’ll rotate through different business areas over 1-2 years depending on your subsidiary location. Over the course of your program, you’ll have the opportunity to work on challenging, real-world projects amongst different teams and industry leaders.  

From day one you’ll be supported at Boeing Australia with an assigned mentor, dedicated support network and professional and personal training and development. We want you to achieve our organisation goals while allowing yourself to thrive.

Internships

Boeing Australia offers university summer vacation placements so you can apply your field of study in a real-world professional environment. You’ll be provided with peer-supported mentoring and gain invaluable insights into the inner workings at Boeing. The best part? Internships are open to students in their second, third or fourth year of study across our subsidiaries in business areas of:

Program Details: 

  • Applications Open – First 2 Weeks of July 
  • Program Duration – 12 weeks from November/December – mid February
