About the Role

This is a career-building opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join our Brisbane team and grow into a future Site Engineer and, in time, a Project Engineer.

You’ll start by learning our tendering systems and supporting project delivery teams with procurement, QA, safety documentation, site coordination, and basic engineering layouts. You’ll also have opportunities to visit our sites to build real-world understanding of trenchless construction. 

This role has a clear development pathway that will see you contributing to tendering independently within six months and, over the longer term (around 18 months), being equipped to run small projects under guidance.

With Queensland’s infrastructure pipeline rapidly growing in the lead-up to the 2032 Olympics, we’re preparing the next generation of project leaders now, and you’ll be part of that journey.

What We’re Looking For

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil or Mechanical Engineering

· Strong communication and teamwork skills

· Practical mindset; enjoys problem-solving and getting things done

· Willingness to learn systems such as AutoCAD and MS Project

· Positive, adaptable attitude; happy to jump in and help across tendering, procurement, and project support

· Valid driver’s licence and full Australian working rights
