Built offers Graduates a two-year program designed with exposure to the total-solution including fit-out refurb, small works and construction. We are seeking Graduates with a passion for construction that are finishing their degree in the below fields of study in 2024–

• Construction Management
• Digital Engineering
• Civil/ Structural Engineering
• Occupational Health & Safety/ Environmental
• Architecture/ Design

In return, Built provides access to industry leaders, an established mentoring program and the space to forge your own career path. 

We are also seeking Cadets who are in their minimum 2nd year of study to join us. You’ll receive early insight and exposure to commercial construction, access coaching and training programs, and apply your university learnings on various client projects and real-world scenarios.
