Your internship placement will be matched with your internship needs, including your availability, location and total length of the internship. Examples of host companies include engineering companies, architecture and construction planning consultancies and more specialised carpentry and designed-focused businesses.

The internship tasks and learning experiences will depend on your particular host company but may include things like:

• Assisting with project workflow and coordination
• Learning about organising materials and tracking site deliveries
• Being involved in tender documentation and cost estimation
• Learning about contracts, compliance and site procedures
