CareerDC Internships charges a fee for coordinating each internship program. You'll get a CV review, host company matching, interview training, interview scheduling, unlimited interviews, an internship placement relevant to your studies, an accredited WIL course (where applicable) and letter of completion at the end of the placement.

Who This Internship Program Is For

Current students in Australian universities

• Suitable for international students in Australia
• You want Australian work experience relevant to your degree
• You need an internship placement that gives you academic credit

New graduates and students without an internship requirement

• You want local work experience that supports and build on your degree
• You have recently graduated or your degree does not include an internship component
• You may be able to apply and combine your work experience placement an an accredited Work Integrated Learning (WIL) program

About the Host Companies and Tasks

We'll match your study background and your work experience needs with a suitable host company. To give you an example, the internship host companies include:

• a large export company
• a centrally located biotechnology company
• a company in the automotive and building products industry

As another example, and depending on your host company, your internship could include the following kind of tasks and learning experiences:

• Learning about compiling data reports
• Being involved in the preparation of supplier reports
• Learning about defining trigger points for reordering
• Hands-on experience in researching pricing and competition
• Learning about material specifications
• Collaborating with departmental managers and coordinators

Please note there is a coordination fee which covers the internship program and the work experience placement coordination service.
