Asset Management Cadet

• Assisting with asset inspections and condition assessments.
• Supporting the collection and management of Work as Executed information from construction activities.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Asset Management systems and processes.
• Assisting with reporting on maintenance, renewal and capital works programs.
• Supporting the maintenance and improvement of Council's asset registers.
• Collecting, maintaining and analysing infrastructure asset data.
• Assisting with the preparation and review of Council's Asset Management Plans.

• Higher School Certificate or Record of School Achievement
• To be currently enrolled in, or eligible and willing to undertake, an approved Asset Management Fundamentals Course through the Asset Management College or other relevant qualification.
