ABOUT THE ROLE  
This is more than just a job—it’s a chance to make a real impact. You’ll be the face of CA ANZ at on campus and industry events, inspiring students and graduates to explore the exciting possibilities of a career as a Chartered Accountant. From planning engaging events to building strong relationships with universities and employers, no two days are the same. 

In this role, you will: 

• Inspire and guide students and graduates toward a career in accounting
• Proactively identify opportunities to engage students/graduates on how a career in accounting can support their goals
• Build and manage relationships with high schools, universities, employers, and industry leaders
• Plan and deliver impactful events like career fairs, seminars, and student sessions
• Lead and mentor a team of on-campus CA Student Representatives
• Promote and represent CA ANZ at key events and act as a brand ambassador 

ABOUT YOU  
We’re looking for someone who brings more than just experience—we want energy, curiosity, and a growth mindset. • Experience in customer-facing roles—graduate recruitment or early careers experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills—confident public speaker with great interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
• A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for coaching and mentoring
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of the education sector or accounting profession is highly valued
• Tertiary qualifications are highly regarded
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends for events (with time in lieu provided)
