The Trading Invitational - Australia

Apply to compete in the Citadel Securities Trading Invitational.

At Citadel Securities, our traders make complex decisions and execute large trades in realtime with the markets. We use predictive analytics and advanced technology to monitor risk, respond to market signals and execute trading strategies.

Now you can put your own trading skills to the test in our Trading Invitational—and experience what it’s like to work at a firm at the forefront of finance and technology.

During this event you will apply your quantitative capabilities to a simulated scenario while gaining insights into the day in the life of a real quantitative trader, and winners will walk away with prizes!

First- and second-year students with a passion for the markets and quantitative trading are encouraged to apply.

Location: Virtual

Eligibility: Undergraduate students in good standing, eighteen years of age or older residing in Australia, graduating in 2026 or 2027 with a bachelor’s degree in Math, Engineering, Statistical Modeling, Calculus, Computer Science, Physics, Economics, or related disciplines required.
