This role involves a high level of strategy, data analysis and creative problem-solving skills.

This exciting new role is for a Management Consultant (Trainee) to assist our consultants with the following jobs:

Identifying and solving complex business, organisational and operational problems
Defining and improving business processes
Develop, implement and management of projects
Data analysis and reporting
Technical writing, such as writing grants
Digital and physical marketing communications and strategies, including SEO management, website content creation, etc.

If you are technically astute, keen and driven, enjoy working across clients, both on an ongoing basis and a project-by-project basis, and have an exceptional drive to learn, this job could be for you.

The role is challenging but exciting. You must have strong business acumen and superior communication skills that can be proven and demonstrated with your prior experience. A successful candidate could come from a range of different backgrounds, unique experiences, and knowledge bases.

This role involves high levels of client and organisational collaboration, sharing expertise and guiding our clients as they solve complex challenges, empower change, and drive disruption and growth. This role is seeking a skilled and talented team member with attention to detail, leadership qualities, and the potential to make a positive difference for our clients. Collappor8 has multiple promotion pathways to offer after a successful traineeship.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Graduated or studying towards a Degree, Masters or PhD in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.
Ability to travel occasionally to client locations as necessary
A client-centric approach to your work with a keenness to understand our client’s business
Have rights to work in Australia
Willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (if required)
