About the role

Covaris Pty Ltd is an internationally-recognised leader in asset management, maintenance and reliability, asset data analysis and prognostics. We are looking for a motivated, energetic person to join our Bankstown-based team, to work with our software developers on a range of desktop and web applications. We have flexible working from home and office attendance with all our employees.

\r\n

We are looking for a graduate to work within our fast-growing team and develop their career with us.

\r\n

Primary Responsibilities:

\r\n

Work with Covaris engineers and developers on design specifications for new applications
Develop and deploy desktop and web based applications to support the engineering and asset management capability of Covaris
Support existing Covaris applications

\r\n

Qualifications

\r\n

Recently completed or are in the final year of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

\r\n

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

\r\n

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to take direction and complete a task with supervision
Must be consistent self-starter and prepare to continuously learn
Must be able to work effectively in a development team and deliver on time

\r\n

Applicants with experience in the following will be look favourably on:

\r\n

Microsoft Visual Studio
C#
Web development (including MVC, APIs, Blazer, JavaScript)
SQL
