What the Graduate Program is about

Our Graduate Program is designed to develop future leaders who share our passion for nutrition, health, and creating positive impact.

As a graduate at Danone, you can expect to:

• Work on real projects that impact consumers
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the business
• Gain hands‑on experience through a structured, rotational program
• Learn from leaders who are invested in your development
• Build skills and confidence through meaningful, supported work

This is a two year paid Graduate Program, starting February 2027, offering multiple rotations across key business areas. A brief overview is shared in the Program Structure section, and detailed job descriptions will be published when applications open.

Who should express interest

This Expression of Interest is open to:

• Final year students and recent graduates
• Those curious, motivated to learn, and excited about building a career with purpose
• Students interested in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Commerce, Engineering, Data Science, Nutrition, Dietetics, Food Technology, Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related fields
