Your VidaCorp Experience

As part of our 2.5-year Commercial Graduate Program, you’ll gain hands-on experience across Field Sales, Marketing, and Account Management through structured rotations designed to accelerate your growth.

You’ll work alongside experienced professionals to:

• Analyse consumer insights and market trends

• Co-create engaging campaigns and product activations

• Develop customer-first sales strategies

• Partner with key retailers to drive commercial success

• Learn how brand, field, and customer functions work together to deliver results

• Own your own sales path - Gain on-the-ground experience in Field Sales where you’ll manage your own customer base, build relationships, and earn commission as you deliver real business results.

This rotational program is designed to give you a 360° view of VidaCorp’s commercial operations and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in marketing and sales.

Where You’ll Be Based

This opportunity is specifically for graduates based in Queensland, with the first rotation taking place QLD in Field Sales. Relocation to Sydney or Melbourne is mandatory upon completion of the first rotation to continue the program.

Relocation support will be provided for a set period and will be discussed further as you progress through the application process.

Please note: A full, clean driver’s licence is required for this role. During your field sales rotation, you’ll be on the road visiting clients and retail partners in your own vehicle. As such, comprehensive car insurance and access to a reliable personal vehicle are essential.
