Your Deloitte Experience:

Deloitte values the contributions of science and engineering professionals. Whether you have a biology, chemistry, physics, or engineering background, Deloitte offers exciting opportunities to apply your technical expertise in a business context.

As a science and engineering professional at Deloitte, you'll have the chance to work on diverse projects that bridge the gap between scientific knowledge and business strategy. From conducting research and performing data analysis to developing innovative solutions and optimising processes, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients solve complex problems and drive technological advancements.

With access to a vast network of experts and resources, a career in science and engineering at Deloitte will provide you with the platform to impact industries such as healthcare, energy, manufacturing, and more.

We still have opportunities in a few of our teams:

  • Research and Development Team (Gi3)

We're not your typical tax function. We're a team of engineers, accountants, scientists, lawyers and IP strategists. It’s our job to help clients access incentives and grants. This includes identifying and communicating industry-scale R&D projects on behalf of our clients to the two entities that administer R&D tax incentives — the ATO and AusIndustry.

  • Climate and Engineering

Our teams are centred around transforming businesses in areas such as sustainability, value chain, digital twins, asset management, strategy and innovation. We aim to support the energy transition of the planet, our local economy and our people.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.

We know that as a student, you may not necessarily have a tonne of work experience, and that’s okay! At Deloitte, we see past experience and value your ethic and potential to grow more than anything else. You’re someone who:

  • Lives to solve problems

  • Collaborative and thrives working in a team

  • Currently completing a degree in Business/Commerce, Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical), Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, Law, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science (or something similar).
