Administration Officer
Are you a law or justice student eager to dive into the legal world? What you'll do:
- Perform accurate computer-based processing and data entry using QCAT’s file management systems.
- Prepare and update legal documents using Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Manage client and public enquiries effectively using appropriate questioning, problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to meet customer service standards and timeframes, ensuring effective hearing support services.
- Provide accurate information to registry staff and Tribunal members in a professional and friendly manner.
- Undertake general administrative tasks as required by Team Leaders and/or Managers to support QCAT services.
