What you'll be doing

This is a fantastic opportunity for a university graduate to gain hands-on experience and become an expert in the Salesforce ecosystem. You'll work closely with our implementation team, learning to turn client needs into powerful technology solutions.

Your work will have a special emphasis on:

• Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud: Contributing to projects that help charities and for-purpose organisations streamline their fundraising, program management and constituent engagement.
• Salesforce Data Cloud: Learning to use Data Cloud to unify customer data from multiple sources to create a comprehensive 360-degree view that drives more relevant and timely marketing. 

You'll also get the chance to:

• Support the build of solutions across Salesforce Service, Sales, and Experience Clouds.
• Assist customer data imports and user testing.
• Help train customer teams to feel confident with the systems you've built.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking a university graduate who is genuinely interested in growing their career with us. You'll be a great fit if you are:

• Passionate about using technology to make a positive impact.

On a practical note, you'll need:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, commerce, marketing, engineering or software development 
• The permanent right to work in Australia.
• A demonstrated interest in the Salesforce platform, perhaps through university projects, online courses, or personal learning. Any exposure to or interest in Nonprofit Cloud and Data Cloud will be highly regarded.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

What we offer

• A salary of $60,000 - $70,000 p.a. + super, depending on your experience and demonstrated skills.
