All successful candidates are offered a full-time position at Essential Energy, with the initial two to three years (depending on your focus area) designed to help transition from study to the workforce. Graduates will be located in Port Macquarie.
All Graduates participate in the following:
- Divisional Rotations
- One to two rotations per year including travel opportunities to regional NSW locations.
- Development Program
- An 18-month blended learning program designed to develop professional skills is a key part of our Graduate program.
- Networking Opportunities
- Organised events with Managers and Executives, as well as social gatherings with peers and colleagues from the organisation.
Buddy and Mentor Support
Each Graduate will be paired with a Buddy on commencement with the business, who will provide support and guidance through the first few months of employment.
There is also an opportunity to learn and grow from a respected leader through our Mentoring program. The Graduate will work closely with their Mentor to build on their personal and professional skills and capabilities.
