What to Expect

All successful candidates are offered a full-time position at Essential Energy, with the initial three years designed to help transition from study to the workforce. Graduates will be located in either Port Macquarie or across regional NSW.

All Graduates participate in the following:

Divisional Rotations

One to two rotations per year including travel opportunities to regional NSW locations.

Development Program

An 18-month blended learning program designed to develop professional skills is a key part of our Graduate program.

Networking Opportunities

Organised events with Managers and Executives, as well as social gatherings with peers and colleagues from the organisation.

Buddy and Mentor Support

Graduates are assigned a Buddy, providing support and guidance in the initial stages of employment. They will also build personal and professional skills and capabilities through participation in the Mentoring program.
