EY Indigenous Graduate Program

AI Job Summary

What if we didn’t focus on who you are now, but who you could become?

At EY, we value you for your unique perspective and potential. We bring together extraordinary people, like you, to build a better working world. We're offering you more than just a job - we're offering you the exceptional EY experience. After all, it's not just about where you're going; it's about how you'll grow to get there.

What’s in it for you?

Join us full-time as a graduate and let's shape your bright future together. We're committed to nurturing your career with continuous support, learning opportunities, and dynamic experiences. We value the richness your background brings, recognising that embracing Indigenous perspectives not only enhances our organisational ethos, but also plays a crucial role in fostering genuine connections and mutual understanding.

As your career evolves, you might consider joining our national Indigenous Sector Practice, which operates across all service lines. This purpose-driven offering is led by mob and works with a diverse client base. It seeks to create business, educational, and employment opportunities for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities, and it advocates for social and economic equality.

We’re currently looking for students from a range of degrees for all EY service lines across all locations (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney). You can find out more about our service lines and teams by visiting our careers pages:
